Pomegranate Blueberry Smoothie

Pomegranates are rich with antioxidants, which help prevent cancer and speed healing. Adding in a cup of blueberries will give you your daily dose of Vitamins C & E.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 cup Earth Wise Pomegranate Blueberry juice

1 cup La Yogurt lowfat vanilla yogurt

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.

2. If you like your smoothie sweeter, add one or two tablespoons of honey.
